ST SALON – Cancellation & Deposit Policy
Why We Have This Policy
At ST SALON, every appointment is reserved especially for you. Our team prepares in advance to ensure you receive the highest level of service. When appointments are missed or cancelled late, it affects our stylists and other clients waiting for slots. To protect our time and yours, we’ve introduced a deposit and cancellation policy.
💰 Deposit Policy
- For account with previous late cancelation or no show, a 30% deposit is required to secure any future appointment. That also applies to services such as keratin smoothing, highlights or hair extensions (lengthy appointments).
- Deposits are taken at the time of booking and must be paid to confirm your appointment. When attending a service, the deposit will be put towards a reduction of a final bill.
- Deposits can also be refundable, provided a notice of at least 24 hours is given.
❌ Cancellation Policy
- We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
- No-shows or repeated late cancellations may require full payment in advance for future bookings. In such a case when there is a no-show, the advanced payment will be counted as a credit for the future appointment less the 30% deduction.
We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change unexpectedly. Our goal is to be fair to all clients and ensure our stylists’ time is respected. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to rebook you promptly.
